I was just going through ‘Settings’ tab of my Gmail account and by chance discovered a facility provided by Google wherein you can add 5 e mail accounts in you Gmail account. This enables you to check mails of your 5 accounts by login into just one. It will relieve you from the headache of juggling between various mail accounts(provided your mail accounts are POP3 enabled). Below is a small demonstration of the same :

1) Login into your Gmail account.
2) Click on ‘Settings’ on the top right corner of your screen.
3) Click on ‘Accounts’ tab.

4) Click on ‘Add a mail account you own’, provide your email address and click ‘Next step’.

5) Now provide necessary details(password, choose checkboxes etc) on this screen, click on ‘Add account’ and you are done.
