GoogleDocs PDF Viewer
Google has yet again came up with a unique functionality which enables you to view PDF files without having Adobe Reader installed on your system. I used this for the first time and thought to share it with you. If you receive an email with attached PDF file and you do not have Adobe reader installed then don’t worry. Just open the email and click on ‘View’ beside the attachment. You will see that a new window opens up and show you the file in below format :

So, you can always send all of your pdf documents to your Gmail account and view them without having Adobe Reader in your system. Though sending PDF files to your Gmail account as attachment solves the purpose yet it is not the ideal way to make a repository of your pdf files because the files will become unmanageable as the number increases. The workaround for this problem is directly upload all the pdf files in GoogleDocs(http://docs.google.com). If you have a Gmail account then you can login into GoogleDocs by using same username and password as that of your Gmail account. Once you are logged in, you can very easily upload the file by using ‘Upload’ button and after uploading the file(cake.pdf) will look like following :
This feature enables you to make a repository of your pdf files which you can access, share and edit from anywhere from any system.
