Google added ‘Move’ and ‘Enhanced Refresh’ in Gmail for mobile
Yes, there are two new features in Gmail for your iPhone and Android-powered device. The features are aimed at letting you do specific tasks with minimal number of clicks when using web-based Gmail on your mobile. The features are quite handy as everyone wants an application which can do the required job in less number of clicks, specially on mobile devices.
Earlier this year, Google has introduced Move feature in Gamil for PCs. Now the ’Move’ feature has been released in Gmail for mobile phones, iPhone and Android-powered device.
You can find More in the Floaty Bar. The ‘Move’ function lets you label and archive a message in a single step. So as soon as you ‘move’ a conversation to a certain label, that email will disappear from your Inbox and show up under that label.
The other, Enhanced Refresh feature auto-refreshes your Gmail inbox when you switch back to Gmail from another tab or application. Further, if your phone goes to sleep while Gmail is open, it will refresh when you wake it up.
