IsMyLcdOK is a very good software that let you check for dead/paralyzed/stuck pixels on LCD monitors. The best part is that this useful utility is free.

Installation

IsMyLcdOK doesn’t require any installation. Just download the small exe file. On double clicking the downloaded IsMyLcdOK.exe, you will be presented with below screen. Just choose the preferred language(either German or English) and accept the agreement and click ‘OK’

Working of IsMyLcdOK

IsMyLcdOK offers a series of simple tests which will help you in finding the bad pixels on your LCD. As shown above, the main menu provides access to multiple tests performed by the presentation of colours, Curves and lines and help in finding the paralyzed or dead pixels. Below is a screen shot showing dead pixel on screen.

Its very easy to use IsMyLcdOK. You just need to run various tests to find the culprits.
